ABOUT US

We provide expert, professional football coaching to players aged 5-16, equipping them with the technical and tactical knowledge to enhance their experience of the game. Our coaching is delivered in a powerful and tailored learning environment that is fun, challenging, and inclusive.

OUR JOURNEY

Established in 2021, Academy One has rapidly become a cornerstone of youth football development. Our comprehensive syllabus and coaching program have seen over 25 players sign with professional clubs, a testament to our commitment to excellence and player development.

SUCCESS

Academy One are a proud member of the Junior Premier League (JPL), we field 12 teams that compete against the very best in the county. Notably, our 23/24 U9s team was crowned National Champions, establishing them as one of the leading teams in their age group within the county.

At Academy One, our philosophy centers on nurturing talent and creating the ideal environment for players to reach their full potential. We emphasize the importance of being brave, humble, and expressive on the field. Above all, we strive to ensure that our players enjoy the game and develop a lifelong love for football.

OUR TEAM

Academy One is affiliated with the FA, and all our coaches hold UEFA and FA qualifications. Our coaching team boasts a wealth of experience, with many having worked at Premier League Category 1 Academies. Additionally, our team includes current and former professional footballers, bringing invaluable insights and expertise to our coaching.
